1. Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online store UnbiteMe (unbite.me), operated by LINK PULSE LTD. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” (or equivalent) button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after your purchase.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs All prices stated on the website are final prices and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) where required. Additional shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

5. Payment Terms Payment is processed via our accepted payment gateways, including PayPal and its associated services (such as credit card or direct debit). The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery and Retention of Title Deliveries are fulfilled by our third-party partner, Fullsend, to the shipping address provided by the customer. The goods remain the property of LINK PULSE LTD until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Liability The statutory EU warranty rights apply to all physical goods purchased. If the delivered UnbiteMe device is defective, you are entitled to the legal rights of repair, replacement, or refund. We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by a breach of duty on our part.

8. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Applicable Law The law of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
